RETURNS & EXCHANGE

SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and are not happy for any reason we will gladly accept it as a return within 30 days of delivery, providing:

 

  • You can provide proof of purchase.

  • The product is unworn and the original packaging is intact and undamaged.

To return a product, please contact us first. Products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued. Once we receive your returned order and the product and packaging has been inspected and verified as being unworn and undamaged, we will issue you a refund (less original shipping paid for international orders).

If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that the original order was paid. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received, depending on your bank and location. All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Fleur De Lis Watch does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience. Kindly observe, we do not offer any direct service of exchange.

Please note you must send back the item(s) you wish to have refunded within 30 days of receiving it. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when it was received. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

If you have paid or received customs fees for the item(s) you wish to return, please contact your local DHL office for information on how to receive a credit or refund, respectively.

The offer of any product(s) purchased during a campaign period will still be honored should you wish to receive another item instead. Please contact us for further information, we’re happy to assist you.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. Your return will be processed within a few business days after it arrives in our warehouse.

The product(s) must be sent back within 30 days of receiving it. However, it is not an issue if it is received at our warehouse after this period. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to contact us!
